Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions.
If the Customer, acting as a consumer, exercises their right of withdrawal under paragraph 1, they shall bear the regular cost of returning the goods.
During the ordering process, the Customer must expressly confirm that they have read and acknowledged the Seller’s cancellation policy by checking the corresponding box (“check-the-box”) before submitting the order. Without this confirmation, it is technically not possible to place an order.
The details of the right of withdrawal are as follows:
Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — PUPPE urban clothing FZCO, IFZA Business Park, 67071-001, Makani A1-3641379065, Dubai, UAE,
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.
You can also complete and submit the sample withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website puppe-urbanclothing.com.
If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
The same means of payment you used for the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back — whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us (or to [insert name and address of any authorized recipient, if applicable]) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts:
- For the delivery of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- For the delivery of goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, may deteriorate rapidly, or whose expiration date has passed
- For the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software if the seal has been removed after delivery
