Delivery Timeframes & Order Processing
Calculation of Delivery Time: Delivery times are calculated starting from the date of Order Confirmation. This confirmation is issued after the purchase price has been paid in advance, except for purchases made on account (where applicable, payment terms will be specified in the invoice).
Standard Delivery Time: Unless a different, specific delivery time is clearly stated on the respective item’s product page in our online shop, the standard delivery time for orders is seven (7) days. This is an estimated timeframe based on standard service and may be subject to minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays, extreme weather, carrier disruptions).
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 business hours of Order Confirmation. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Free Shipping Threshold: Shipping costs are included (i.e., waived) for all orders with a total purchase price over €150 (Euro).
Shipping Costs Below Threshold: For orders totaling €150 or less, shipping costs will apply. The specific cost will be clearly displayed and calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping method and destination. We offer standard and, where available, expedited options.
Returns and Return Shipping Costs
Returns Policy: Our separate Returns Policy governs the conditions, timeframes, and procedure for returning items.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the order value or reason for return (unless the return is due to a verifiable fault, damage, or error on our part).
Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a shipping method for returns that provides a tracking number and delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for packages lost in return transit.
GDPR and Data Protection in Shipping
In compliance with the GDPR, we process your personal data for shipping purposes only on the legal basis of contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)—it is necessary to fulfil the contract of sale and deliver the goods to you.
Data Minimisation: We only collect and process the personal data strictly necessary to fulfil your order and manage the delivery (e.g., your name, delivery address, and contact information like email/phone number for delivery updates).
Data Sharing (Data Processors): To ensure delivery, we must share your necessary personal data (name, address, and contact details) with our trusted logistics partners/carriers. These partners act as Data Processors on our behalf and are contractually bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to handle your data securely and solely for the purpose of shipping your order.
